🎓 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for SSC JE 2025, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

Candidates must be:
➤ A citizen of India, or
➤ A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
➤ A person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries with eligibility certificate

➤ Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):

Up to 30 years for most posts (DOB between 02.01.1996 and 01.01.2008)
Up to 32 years for select posts (DOB between 02.01.1994 and 01.01.2008)

Relaxations:
➤ SC/ST: 5 years
➤ OBC: 3 years
➤ PwBD: 10 years (13 for OBC, 15 for SC/ST)
➤ Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deducting military service

➤ Educational Qualifications:

➤ Candidates must possess Diploma/B.E./B.Tech./AMIE/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering
